Most Frequent Questions

• Are ByDazzel LashLiner Glue?

- Nope they are not, they work & stick like glue at the same time line your eyes like a regular eyeliner.

• How to use the LashLiner?

- First step is to shake the liner pen & do a test line at the back of your hand, draw carefully on your lash line then put on the lashes using our tweezer or your finger.

- Make sure to always press the lashes down to the drawn line to keep it more in place. If you are not satisfied with the way you stick the lashes, you can always remove & re-stick it which in some case you might need to re-line over drawn liner which is fine.

• How long will I need to wait before putting on the lashes?

- Less than 5 seconds, unless you are looking to thicken your liner & once you're satisfied with the lines you've drawn, you can just stick your lashes on.

• Will the eyeliner smudge easily or gets messy like glue?

- No sloppy mess on your lashes or clump/crusty glue residue on your natural lashes but if you do mess up just like any liner, use a Q-tip & dip them in micellar water/makeup wipes to fix the mistakes.

- There will be no smudging unless you are doing any heavy actions/sports/ or have contact with salt-water.

• How many times can I use the liner or lashes?

- As many as 40 applications & sometimes more/less depending on how thick you draw your liner on a regular basis. ( Do Note that you will need to constantly close the cap lid of the liner pen so it doesn't dry out easily )

- As for the lashes on the other hand, depending on how you care for it & your handling of the lashes, which will allow you to prolong the use. After a 5-10 uses, it is recommended  for you to lightly clean it. ( Next Question on How To Care For Your Dazzel Lashes )

• How to care for my Dazzel Lashes?

- 1st option is  to use micellar water or 2nd option is  lukewarm water mixed with liquid soap/shampoo. Below will be an explanation on how to  use the 2nd option:

- First get a bottle, fill it up with lukewarm water just enough.

- Then add in liquid soap/shampoo, shake the bottle to blend the soap & water.

- Pour out the soapy mix or (Option 1, Miceller water) into a bowl & let your lashes soak in them for 15-20seconds &  depending on how dirty your lashes are you may soak slightly longer.

- Remove the lashes from the water & use your finger to gently rub off any dirt from the roots of the lashes making sure you do not peel the lashes.

- Once you're done, run the lashes under the water for a bit (make sure the pressure of the water isn't too harsh) until they're clean & leave it out to dry.

• Why won't my LashLiner's liquid come out?

- Make sure you shake the pen before every single application & give it a test line over the back of your hand to allow the liquid to slowly come out.

- We also tried on our own lashes, but have not experienced ripping off our natural lashes but do take note, sometimes falling of  lashes are a natural thing because your lashes are growing out.
